I booked accessible seats through Orpheum Theater, it was much easier than I expected. The details were clear, and once we got to the show, the staff pointed us right to the elevator and helped us get to our seats without any stress. My mom uses a wheelchair, and she was comfortable the whole night, which meant a lot to me. It was just so nice to relax and enjoy the evening together instead of worrying about logistics. We left feeling really grateful

I went to a show at the Orpheum and was surprised by how smoothly everything moved. The lines looked long at first, but they went by quickly, and the staff did a good job keeping everyone headed in the right direction. Even leaving afterward wasn’t the hassle I expected. It felt organized without being overly strict, and overall it made the whole experience really positive.

I went here for a show and ended up enjoying the whole atmosphere almost as much as the performance itself. The theater has that older, historic look with little details that make it feel like you’re somewhere with a bit of character, not just a plain modern venue. The seats were perfectly fine and comfortable enough for the show, but what stood out to me most was definitely the vintage charm and all the old details around the place. It just made the night feel a little more special

The site looks nice at first, but trying to find tickets on my phone was such a pain. Pages loaded slowly, the menu kept jumping around, and I had to refresh twice just to get checkout to work. i felt kind of stupid for trusting them in the first place.

The theater itself was fine, and once we got in, everything was okay. But the waiting really took away from the experience. The website made it seem like entry would be smooth and the times were clear, but once we got there it was a different story, which was confusing. It took forever just to get inside, and the drinks line barely moved at all. The staff seemed like they were doing their best but were clearly overwhelmed. I’d maybe go back, but only if they get the lines and wait times sorted out.

I grabbed popcorn and a drink before the show, everything was just what I wanted. The popcorn tasted fresh, the drink was nice and cold, and it made the whole experience easy to enjoy. No complaints from me

Buying the tickets took longer than I expected, so the checkout process was kind of annoying lol

The bathrooms were kind of disappointing. The toilet seats felt sticky and dusty, like they hadn’t been wiped down in a while. I was only in there for maybe 2 minutes, but it was enough to notice

What bothered me even more is how it seems like there are these little policy loopholes where nobody really has to take responsibility if something goes wrong. Maybe it’s fine, but it didn’t give me much confidence

The seating space itself felt tight though, almost like it was set up more to say they had accessible seating than to actually make it comfortable. Leaving after the show was slow too, and it kind of seemed like wheelchair users weren’t really part of the plan once everyone started heading out. Not a terrible experience, but it could definitely be easier.

I was really happy with how comfy the theater felt inside. It stayed nice and warm without getting stuffy, which made it easy to relax during the show. My only small complaint is that the seats could’ve used a tiny bit more legroom, but the temperature and overall vibe were great the whole time.

I asked an usher for help finding our seats, and they kind of brushed us off. I don’t know... it just put me in a bad mood right away. Not the biggest thing in the world, but it made the start of the night way more annoying than it needed to be...

I was pleasantly surprised by the legroom here. I actually had enough space to sit comfortably through the whole show, which makes a big difference. Definitely a better setup than a lot of places I’ve been to

I went to the Orpheum and took public transit, and it was okay, but not nearly as easy as I’d been led to believe. They make it sound like getting there without a car is going to be simple and convenient, but the whole thing felt a little oversold. The stop wasn’t terribly far, but after the show, with everyone pouring out at once, it got confusing fast.
The buses and trains were running, so I’ll give them that, but I still ended up waiting longer than I expected. It’s doable if you really plan ahead, but if the promise is that transit is a smooth, stress-free option, I don’t think that’s totally true. I’d use it again if I had to, but I wouldn’t call it the easiest theater to reach by public transit
